Description:

Responsibilities: 1. Power Automate Solution Design: Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of complex Power Automate solutions that meet the unique requirements of our clients. Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into actionable workflows. 2. Flow Implementation: Design, develop, and configure Power Automate flows from scratch to automate business processes across various platforms and applications. Leverage your extensive experience to ensure efficient and scalable automation solutions. 3. Office Scripts Integration: Utilize your knowledge and experience in Office Scripts to enhance automation capabilities and seamlessly integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 applications like Excel, Word, and Outlook. 4. Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization. Propose and implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce manual intervention, and improve overall operational efficiency. 5. Consulting and Client Engagement: Act as a subject matter expert in Power Automate and Office Scripts. Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients, understanding their unique business challenges and delivering effective automation solutions. 6. Troubleshooting and Support: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, errors, and bugs in existing Power Automate solutions. Offer prompt support to clients during project deployment and post-implementation phases. 7. Quality Assurance and Testing: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of developed workflows. Implement best practices for error handling and exception management. 8. Documentation and Training: Prepare comprehensive documentation of Power Automate solutions, including workflow designs, technical specifications, and user guides. Train clients and internal teams on using and maintaining the implemented solutions. 9. Stay Abreast of Technology Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Power Automate, Office Scripts, Power Platform, and other relevant technologies. Continuously expand knowledge to drive innovation and stay at the forefront of industry trends. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and implementing complex Power Automate flows from scratch. 3. Hands-on experience with Office Scripts, preferably with integration into Power Automate solutions. 4. Proven track record in a consulting role, with experience preferably in a top-tier consultancy firm. 5. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. 6. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and connectors, SharePoint, and other Microsoft platforms. 7. Solid understanding of business process mapping, workflow analysis, and process optimization. 8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 9. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members. 10. Microsoft Power Platform certifications and other relevant certifications are a plus.
