Position Summary: We are looking for a QA Lead to join our team of IT professionals. In this role, you will be leading a team of Manual testing engineers and automation testers and you will be suggesting ideas for manual testing skills and test procedures. Besides, you will highlight problem areas and track bugs hindering software solutions. As a QA Lead, you will be liaising with the Developers and Project Managers to identify and test key features of software programs. You should be able to find the prod issues. You will be investigating the cause of non-conforming software programs. You should be detail-oriented and possess excellent troubleshooting abilities. We would love to have you onboard if you have a strong technical background and can streamline all testing activities. Position Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: • 7+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role. • Good to have knowledge in Cypress. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Hands on experience with API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger.IO, JMeter etc. • Hands on experience with Database testing. • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools. • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting. • Experience with performance testing. • Good to have knowledge in Selenium/ Playwright/ Rest-assured. • Stay up to date with new testing tools and strategies. Position responsibilities • Guide, coordinate and coach the QA & Test team in their day-to-day operations. • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured testing documentation. • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts. • Track quality assurance metrics.
