We are seeking an experienced Online Reputation Management (ORM) and Social Media Specialist to join our team. The specialist will be responsible for managing and improving our online reputation, monitoring social media platforms, and implementing effective strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ORM techniques, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to manage and enhance the online reputation of the company and its brand. Monitor online mentions, reviews, and comments across various platforms, such as social media, review websites, forums, and other online channels. Respond promptly and professionally to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring a positive brand image is maintained. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to address customer concerns and implement improvements based on feedback. Identify potential reputational risks and develop proactive measures to mitigate them. Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach. Create and curate compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, tailored to the target audience. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend innovative strategies to maximize social media presence. Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ORM, social media, and digital marketing. Collaborate with external partners, such as influencers and agencies, to execute social media campaigns or manage online reputation. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Online Reputation Management and Social Media Management. Strong understanding of ORM techniques, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders. Proven experience in managing and improving online reputation, including responding to customer feedback and addressing negative reviews. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms to monitor and measure performance. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging social media content. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insights for optimizing strategies. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in online reputation management. Understanding of legal and ethical considerations related to online reputation and social media management. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
