ROLE: Recruitment Intern COMPANY: Zcientia Labs STIPEND: Rs. 4000/month (Fulltime) Rs. 2000/month (Parttime) ----RESPONSIBILITIES:---- 1. Support the recruitment team in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for open positions through various channels, such as online job boards, social media, and direct sourcing techniques. 2. Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidate resumes and applications to evaluate their qualifications and fit for specific roles. 3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. 4. Assist in conducting phone and in-person interviews, asking relevant questions to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system; and other recruitment databases. 6. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on job boards and other recruitment platforms. 7. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates 8. Assist with the preparation of employment offers and employment-related documentation. 9. Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks, such as organizing recruitment events, maintaining recruitment metrics, and preparing reports. 10.
