The Technical Writer is responsible for creating engaging pieces of content for a variety of products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience working in software development, data science, or engineering. Position Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously. • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision. • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management. • Proficiency with documentation tools. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) or documentation platforms, such as Confluence. • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and R is important, as well as understanding popular libraries and frameworks used in machine learning, like TensorFlow or Py Torch. • A solid understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts is crucial, grasp of algorithms, statistical models, neural networks, and related technologies to effectively document and explain them. • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Position Education and Experience (required and preferred): • 5+ years of experience in Technical Writing field. • 3+ years in AIML technical writing is a MUST. Position Responsibilities: • Working closely with the AIML team, understanding and documenting project requirements. • Research, write and edit AIML content, with emphasis on all relevant style manuals and formats. • Should be able to research and collect information from various sources, such as technical documentation, research papers, and interviews with subject matter experts, to produce the latest and accurate content. • Proofread and edit content for clarity and accuracy. • Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for technical writing.
