Position Summary: We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team of IT professionals. In this role, you will need a set of manual testing skills. Besides, you will highlight problem areas and track bugs hindering software solutions. As a Quality Analyst, you will be liaising with the Developers and Project Managers to identify and test key features of software programs. You should be able to find the prod issues. You will be investigating the cause of non-conforming software programs. You should be detail-oriented and possess excellent troubleshooting abilities. We would love to have you onboard, if you have a strong technical background and can streamline all testing activities. Position Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: • 4+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Hands on experience with API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger.IO, JMeter etc. • Hands on experience with Database testing. • Must have working knowledge of database specially with SELECT statement. • Understanding DevOps processes and tools is an added advantage. Position Education and Experience (required and preferred): • Degree in quality, industrial, or mechanical engineering/BE. Position Responsibilities: • Developing and Performing test cases • Developing test deliverables like test plans, test cases, test data, and traceability matrix. • Ensure that defects are correctly captured, documented, reviewed, prioritized, and triaged. • Other duties as assigned.
