We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing and creating content for all major social media platforms. As a Junior Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in executing our marketing strategies, engaging with our audience, and contributing to the overall growth of our brand. Qualifications: · Experience in managing social media platforms for a brand, business, or organization. · Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail. · Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. · Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Management: · Create, schedule, and publish content across all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). · Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. · Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase engagement. 2. Content Creation: · Assist in the creation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and other multimedia. 3. Analytics and Reporting: · Track and analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. · Prepare regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements based on data insights. 4. Market Research: · Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. · Identify new opportunities for growth and engagement within the social media landscape. 5. Collaboration: · Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all channels.
