Description:
HR Trainee - \\Key Responsibilities:\\ Participate in training sessions to gain a thorough understanding of HR policies, procedures, and practices. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing necessary paperwork. Assist with employee relations activities, including handling inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Maintain accurate HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees. Support HR administration tasks such as preparing employment contracts, updating employee files, and managing time and attendance records. Assist in conducting research and analysis on HR-related topics to support decision-making and problem-solving. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR initiatives and projects as assigned. \\Qualifications:\\ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Prior internship or work experience in HR is desirable but not required. Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations is a plus.
